The posters features thumbnails of teacher portraits created for the project and the text 'Why do I teach and what do I need? Starring the teachers of Dallas. 29 Pieces celebrates strong and resilient public school educators. We showcased the brilliance of 159 Dallas ISD teachers in our 2019 city-wide campaign to honor the noble calling of teaching and to highlight what educators need to perform at peak capacity. In partnership with UNT Dallas and Ashoka International, 29 Pieces exhibited 2000 striking portraits of Dallas ISD teachers and their answers to questions: "Why do I teach?" and "What do I need?" 29 Pieces exhibited posters in major Dallas venues including Dallas City Hall and The American Airlines Center as well as the State Capitol in Austin, sponsored by Senator Royce West.' Dallas Students Speak Poster
Poster commemorating the companion campaign to Dallas Teachers Speak, Dallas Students Speak, in which 29 Pieces led workshops to lift up the voices of 320 Dallas ISD students.

In Dallas Students Speak, 320 students from Emmett J. Conrad and Irma Rangel Young Women's Leadership High Schools created portraits of teachers who impacted them positively. Artists Riley Holloway and Karen Blessen led student workshops. 29 Pieces exhibited the art at Dallas City Hall, Dallas Central Library, and respective schools concurrently with the Dallas Teachers Speak campaign. Exhibiting not only provides a platform for student pride, it also amplifies our celebration of great teachers.' Piece 10 Poster
Poster commemorating Piece 10, a human-scale glass sculpture produced in collaboration with the South Dallas Cultural Center, local Dallas artists and students.

The poster features a sculpture made of a colorful glass cylinders and thumbnails of Dallas students working on collages along with the text '20 Years. The Year: 2018-2019. Starring the South Dallas Cultural Center. Co-starring 12 Southeast Dallas middle and high school students and six local artists who produced a human-scale glass sculpture inspired by Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook's poem, "Radiant is the World Soul." The students contemplated the cultural legacies of the Harlem Renaissance artists and South Dallas Cultural Center luminaries. Their souls may be hidden but their legacies remain very much alive. Piece 10 is currently on display in the South Dallas Cultural Center lobby'. Piece 24 Poster
Poster commemorating Piece 24, 29 Pieces’ first major public sculpture, which was designed and built by a team of mosaic artists and Dallas high school students.

The poster features an abstract sculpture adorned in bright, multicolored mosaic tiles with a giant hand near the top, along with the text 'Starring a collaboration between 5 Dallas High Schools: W.H. Adamson, Sunset, Booker T. Washington, Dallas Can Academy, and Irma Rangel Young Women's Leadership High School and professionals to create Piece 24 of the 29 Pieces of sculpture. The project gave underserved youth the opportunity to earn scholarships and learn life and job skills while working directly with many professionals in design, planning construction, installation, marketing, documentation, and event planning for the project. The sculpture is a 3-dimensional mosaic, 21 feet tall, and is installed on Jefferson Blvd in Dallas. The intention of the sculpture is to convey the viral possibility of respect and compassion. The Piece 24 Project is based on the line, "Make my Hands respect the things you have made," from a Native American passage Let Me Walk in Beauty.'. Thanksgiving Poster

Poster titled 'Gratitude' featuring the text, 'As we gather on Thanksgiving Day, let us consign our collective energies to sharing and giving thanks - to all around us. For isn't Thanksgiving a word of action? A time for gratitude. And gratitude? It defines our past, brings peace to today, and imbued with love, creates a positive vision for tomorrow.' Life Rafts Poster
